Don't Leave Home Without...

Our obsession right now is this gorgeous puckered satin jacket by Helmut Lang. Considered a hybrid between a baseball jacket and a blazer, it is easily one of the most versatile pieces one can have in her closet. The "uptown baseball" jacket can translate from a lunch meeting during the day to a dinner date at night. To wear it casually, pair it with a t-shirt, boyfriend jeans, and ankle booties. A maxi-dress would look great with this jacket as well. To dress it up, pair the jacket with a party dress and your favorite chunky necklace. If you prefer trousers, try it with a crisp white shirt, cropped dress pants, and platform heels for the modern and feminine tuxedo look.
