Shades of Pink

April begins next week - it's the perfect time to shed your winter layers and re-introduce a splash of colour to your look. Blubird has some new additions that will add some punch to your wardrobe and a spring to your step…

This week, we're smitten for SEA's new spring dresses and skirts. From broderie anglaise details and panels of lace, to light printed silks and soft cottons, we're imagining these pieces worn during a cool-girl gathering bathed in afternoon sunlight. Spring Brights

The first day of spring is only one month away (mark those calendars for March 20th!), and here at Blubird we're prepped and ready to chase away winter with bright, sunny hues. Inspired by a spring break getaway, take a peek at our favourite brights for your wardrobe, your beauty bag, and your home...

 

Don't shy away from a rainbow of highlighter shades this season. We agree with our friends at VioletGray.com who stated that, "in polite society, a manicure is deemed a necessary luxury." It's going to be almost impossible to choose our favourite Deborah Lippmann nailpolish shades from the new Spring Reveries collection (new in store!), but these citrus hues have us dreaming of warmer days... Paired with bright lips and big sunnies, it's hard not to feel like everything's coming up roses. 

To complement the freshest pieces in our wardrobe - and that new spring mani/pedi - we'll spend the next few weekends adding pops of colour to our homes (how amazing in this neon sign?), and sipping cocktails like this Orange-Guava Margarita.

Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and we couldn't help sharing a few of the things that make our hearts flutter. Whether you're spending the 14th with a special someone, or taking the opportunity to indulge in some sweet solo time, we hope Cupid brings you a treat like the ones below...
